What does the FreshFlow™ Tap Filter actually remove from the water?
The FreshFlow™ uses multi-stage filtration to reduce chlorine, rust, sediment, heavy metals and unpleasant odours while retaining beneficial minerals. It helps improve water safety, taste and clarity.
Will it fit my tap?
The FreshFlow™ fits most standard round faucets and comes with a universal adaptor kit. It is not compatible with pull-out, sensor, or square taps. A fit guide is included with your order.
How long does the filter cartridge last?
Each cartridge lasts up to 3 months depending on your water quality and usage. Replacement cartridges are available on our website and easy to switch out.
Does it affect water pressure?
No — in some cases it can improve it!
Is this suitable for hot water use?
The FreshFlow™ is best used with cold or room-temperature water. High heat may reduce the effectiveness of the filter and wear out components faster.
How do I know when to replace the filter?
You may notice a drop in water flow or a return of taste/odour. For best results, we recommend replacing the filter every 3 months at a minimum.
